How to make Panchamrut

One glass of cow’s milk, one glass of curd, one spoon of cow’s ghee, three spoons of honey, sugar candy or sugar as per taste, ten basil leaves, ten to fifteen makhanas cut, cashews cut four to five, almonds cut into five Chironji, ten grams, finely chopped.

Milk, curd, honey, ghee and sugar are needed to make Panchamrit. Panchamrit is prepared by mixing these five things. To make Panchamrit, mix curd and sugar. If you want, put it in a mixer jar and beat the curd with sugar. This will also make the sugar dissolve easily.

After whipping curd and sugar, add milk, honey and a little desi ghee to it. Mix it well with the help of a spoon. Also add eight to ten basil leaves. Cut chironji and kernels into small pieces along with chopped makhana, cashews and almonds. Prepare all these five fruits by mixing them in Panchamrit. Now by offering it on the Shivling, you can take the form of Prasad yourself. Drinking Panchamrit fasting not only keeps the body from lack of water, but it also maintains energy throughout the day.
