India Squad For West Indies Series T20: There has been a big change in the Indian cricket team just before the first T20 against West Indies. KL Rahul has not been fit as expected and due to this, wicketkeeper batsman Sanju Samson has been included in his place in the T20 team. The Board of Control for Cricket in India gave information about this just a few hours before the match.
Team India’s vice-captain KL Rahul was named in the team first and his participation in the T20I series was completely dependent on being fit. KL Rahul fell victim to the pandemic Kovid-19 last week and after that the medical team of Team India has advised him to take rest.
On the other hand, Sanju Samson Sanju Samson was part of the team in the recently concluded ODI series which Team India won 3-0 unilaterally. Earlier, the question was also raised about his not being included in the T20 team. Sanju also hit a stormy half-century during the ODI series.
