Ola Electric: Ola founder loses his temper during meetings, employees make ‘serious’ allegations

Employees of Ola have revealed that the company’s founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal behaved indecently and cruelly while at work. These employees have told on the condition of keeping their names confidential that the employees and board members of the company at large are disappointed with the behavior of Bhavish Agarwal.

About two dozen current and former employees of the company, on condition of anonymity, have told the media during various interviews that the work culture within Ola Electric has become hostile or hostile over the years.

Current and former employees of the company claim that during meetings they tear up presentations just because they don’t have page numbers, even calling employees useless, using adjectives in Punjabi.

According to the report, once Agarwal asked an employee to take three rounds of the Ola Future factory spread over several acres simply because a locked gate of the factory was left open. The factory is marketed by Ola as the world’s largest electric two wheeler plant.
