Employees of Ola have revealed that the company’s founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal behaved indecently and cruelly while at work. About two dozen current and former employees of the company, on condition of anonymity, have told the media during various interviews that the work culture within Ola Electric has become hostile or hostile over the years.
