Significantly, Chaitanya was recently seen in the Telugu film Thank You. He will be seen playing an important role in Laal Singh Chaddha. In this film, he replaced Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi. In the film, he will be seen playing the role of a close friend of Aamir Khan. This will be Naga’s first Bollywood film. For this character, he has shot for more than a month in Ladakh.
Laal Singh Chaddha is the Indian remake of Tom Hanks’ Forrest Gump. Chaitanya Benjamin will be seen playing the character of Buford Blue aka Bubba. He will soon start working on his upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual film with filmmaker Venkat Prabhu. This was the first project he signed after separating from ex-wife Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
