There is good news for the candidates who aspire to become Lekhpal. Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has released bumper recruitment for the posts of Revenue Sub-Inspector, Patwari and Lekhpal.
The application process has been started by issuing the official notification of this recruitment on 14 October 2022, the last date is 4 November 2022. The youth applying for the posts of Revenue Sub Inspector Patwari in this recruitment to be conducted by the commission should have minimum 21 and maximum 28 years age limit.

How many posts are to be recruited
A total of 563 vacancies will be filled by UKPSC. In this, 391 posts of Revenue Inspector Patwari and 172 posts of Lekhpal will be recruited. It is mandatory for the candidates to have graduation to apply for these posts. Along with this, the candidates will also have to give a physical test. Selection will be on the basis of written examination
Candidates applying for this recruitment will be selected on the basis of written examination. Under which objective based exam of 100 marks will have to be given. Questions related to General Hindi, General Knowledge and various information related to Uttarakhand will be asked in the exam.
Where questions of 20 marks will be asked for General Hindi, 40 for General Knowledge and General Studies and 40 marks for information related to Uttarakhand. In General Knowledge, questions will be asked from General Intelligence Test and Mental Ability, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Current events of State, National and International importance and Basic knowledge of Computer.
