Laal Singh Chaddha: Bad opening spoiled the game of ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’, in the list of top 10 films of 2022

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has returned to the big screen after four years. His film ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ was released in theaters on the special occasion of Rakshabandhan. The audience was expecting a lot from ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’, the official remake of Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump’. The claim was that the film will hit the box office as soon as it arrives as Aamir has returned with his film after a long wait and in that too he has appeared opposite Kareena Kapoor. But the actor’s film could not live up to the expectations of the audience on the very first day itself. The film’s earnings were much less than expected. Not only this, the condition of ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ is also looking bad in the list of big films released so far in the year 2022.

Earning only this much on the first day

When the teaser of Aamir Khan’s film ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ was released, the film is being boycotted since then. Many people were angry with the actor’s old statement, while some people did not like Aamir’s acting in the film. Although fans of the actor supported ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ on social media, it did not seem to be working. The film was expected to earn a whopping Rs 18 crore on its opening day. However, the film collected only Rs 12 crore, which is very less.

Lal Singh Chaddha’s condition deteriorates in top 10 films

The condition of ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ has also looked bad in the list of top films of the year 2022. Seven months of the year 2022 have passed and in these seven months many big films of the industry were released in theatres, including films like ‘KGF 2’, ‘RRR’, ‘Bhool Bhulaiya 2’, ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’. The earnings and opening day collections of these films surprised everyone. The single ‘KGF Chapter 2’ rocked the box office on its first day with a grand opening of Rs 53.95 crore. But ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ has not touched the earnings of ‘KGF 2’ far and wide. Not only this, Aamir Khan’s film has also failed to make it to the list of top five films of the year 2022.
