England batsman Will Jacks has been ruled out of the upcoming season of IPL due to injury. He suffered a hamstring strain in the second ODI of the series against Bangladesh. The 24-year-old Jaques was roped in by Royal Challengers Bangalore for Rs 3.2 crore. According to the report, after the scan and consultation with experts, he decided to withdraw from the upcoming season of IPL.

RCB is looking to replace him with Michael Bracewell of New Zealand. Jack has made his debut for England in all three formats this year. Due to injury, his place in the England team for the ODI World Cup can also be in danger. RCB’s first match is against Mumbai Indians on 2 April.

Bracewell’s performance in India is excellent

Michael Bracewell performed brilliantly in the ODI and T20 series against India. He batted well in the lower order. Apart from this, he can also make useful contributions with the ball. In such a situation, RCB can strengthen the team by adding them to their team.
