Gulshan Devayya and Drishti Dhami’s upcoming web series ‘Duranga’ has a tinge of crime and romance, the trailer of which has come out. The series is an official adaptation of the Korean show Flower of Evil, directed by Pradeep Sarkar and Ejaz Khan. Produced by Rose Audio Visuals, the series stars actors Gulshan Devayya and Drashti Dhami as husband and wife. But Gulshan Devayya plays the role of a perfect man, husband and father on one hand and a murderer on the other.
How’s the trailer?
A lot has been shown in this 2 minute 13 second trailer. Along with love in this trailer, there is also crime and suspense. The trailer has started off very well. There is a lot of action in the beginning and Ira (Drishti Dhami), who is a police officer, has a fancy style. It starts with a murder, in which the IRA is involved in the investigation. On the other side is Sammit Patel (Gulshan Devayya), who is trying to escape from it. Now it has to be seen how Ira is able to solve this case and get her husband punished.

Regarding this series, Drashti Dhami says that I am a fan of Korean series, so when I was approached for this adaptation of Korean series, I could not stop my excitement. What has excited me the most for ‘Duranga’ is its intriguing story, which packs a punch. It has everything from love to criminals hiding in the midst of a perfect family. This is my first time playing the role of a police officer, so it was a dream role with a dream cast and crew.

‘Duranga’ is a nine-episode series, which will soon stream on ZEE5 on August 19. Apart from Gulshan Devayya and Drishti Dhami, the series also stars Amit Sadh, Rajesh Khattar, Divya Sheth, Barkha Bisht, Abhijit Khandkekar and Hera Mishra in lead roles.
