Agniveer IAF Exam: Air Force Agniveer recruitment exam begins, strict security arrangements will be made at the centers till July 31

Agniveer IAF Exam: The written examination for Agniveer Recruitment in Air Force has started from Sunday, July 24, 2022. Under the new scheme of recruitment in the three services ‘Agneepath’, the first examination for recruitment in the Air Force has started across the country amid tight security arrangements. This exam is being conducted in many parts of the country including Delhi, Kanpur and Patna. This exam is being conducted across the country till July 31.

31,875 candidates joining UP’s Kanpur

In many cities of Uttar Pradesh, examination is also being conducted for the recruitment of Agniveers in the Air Force. The police-administration has made tight security arrangements to conduct the Agniveer Air Force exam in Kanpur. Along with the deployment of police personnel at all the examination centers, Air Force personnel have also been deployed. CCTV and drones are also being monitored at all the centers. A total of 11 centers have been earmarked for Agniveer exam, out of which six are in Kanpur Outer. The exam is being conducted in three shifts. A total of 31,875 candidates are appearing in this exam on Sunday in Kanpur and 625 students will appear in each shift.

The Air Force has received a total of 7,49,899 applications

An Air Force recruitment candidate said, I have come here from Meerut to appear for the Agniveer Air Force exam. We are very happy that we were able to give the exam after so much disruption. We have done our exam preparation and we will do our best. Another student who came to Pratapgarh told that he has come today for Agniveer’s examination. Indian Air Force has received a total of 7,49,899 applications under the Agniveer Recruitment Scheme.

The Union Cabinet had given its approval on June 14.

This exam for Air Force will be conducted till July 31. The Union Cabinet on June 14 had approved the scheme for recruitment of Indian youth into the Armed Forces. The youth selected under this scheme will be known as Agneepath. Agneepath scheme allows patriotic and motivated youth to serve in the armed forces for a period of four years. The Agneepath scheme has been designed to enable the youth profile of the Armed Forces. These youths have been named Agniveer.
