The wait of lakhs of youths waiting for police recruitment in Uttar Pradesh may be over now. Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) may release the UP Police Constable Recruitment notification this week.
However, till now no announcement has been made regarding this on the official handle of UPPBPB. According to the sources, the schedule of this examination will also be announced by the board in November.
Because the UP Police Recruitment Board is preparing to conduct this exam in January-February. The 100 days agenda for 10,000 jobs has already been given to the department by the state government 6 months back. Till now the board was waiting for the training process of the last recruitment to be over.
Earlier the board was engaged in the training process of ministerial staff, SI platoon commandos etc. If the board invites applications for more than 26 thousand constable posts in November 2022, then the training of these constable posts will run till July 2024. Candidates should keep an eye on the official website of UPPBPB for updates related to this.
What will be the selection process:
The candidates going to participate in the recruitment of 26,382 posts of constable and firemen in the state will have to first take part in the written examination. After clearing the written test, candidates will have to appear for document verification and physical measurement test (PST) and physical efficiency test (PET). Along with this, the candidates participating in this recruitment will also have to take part in the medical test. However, the information about the complete selection process of this recruitment will be revealed only after the release of the notification for this.
