2 cups all purpose flour, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup desi ghee, water, katori for garnishing rabri, 1 tbsp dry fruits and silver work
Ingredients for making syrup
One and a half cup sugar, water, cardamom powder
step 1 – To make Malai Ghevar, mix milk and ghee in all purpose flour.
Step 2- Prepare a thick paste of maida. For this, a little water can be mixed in the flour.
Step 3- Now put ghee in a pan on the gas and heat it.
Step 5- Fry the Ghevar till it turns golden. Make two or three more thin layers of it.
Step 6- Take out the ghevar by placing tissue paper in a plate. So that the excess ghee of Ghevar gets removed.
step 1- Until then, heat water in a pan and add sugar to it.
Step 2- Make a thick syrup by adding sugar. Then add cardamom powder and switch off the gas.
