In the third episode of Koffee With Karan Season 7, filmmaker Karan Johar along with Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Akshay Kumar enjoy coffee. Akshay made a banging entry as usual and reached the show by lifting Samantha in his lap. Like every time, this time too Karan Johar wentssips fiercely with both the stars. During this, host Karan Johar asked many back to back questions in the rapid fire round. In this sequence, he also questioned Akshay about trolling. To which he gave a candid and funny answer.
When Karan asked Akshay if he gets trolled, the actor replied that he doesn’t go online much. He continued, “At most they write about Canada. Which I don’t care about.” Karan pointed again, “Trolls call you Canada Kumar.” After this, Akshay laughed and replied, ‘Yes Canada Kumar. ok call me.’ Please tell that during the election, people trolled Akshay a lot for not voting due to Canadian citizenship.
After this, Karan Johar asked Akshay the next question and asked whether he is trolled for doing films with young actresses. To this Akshay gave a very funny answer and said, “He gets jealous.” He said, “Why can’t I? I can work with them. Do I look 55?”
Talking about the work front, Akshay Kumar will be seen in the film Raksha Bandhan written by Himanshu Sharma and Kanika Dhillon. In this film, he will be opposite actress Bhumi Pednekar, who will be sharing screen space with Khiladi Kumar for the second time. Earlier, both of them were seen together in Toilet Ek Prem Katha and the pair of both was well-liked. Showcasing the love of siblings, Saadia Khatib, Sahajmin Kaur, Deepika Khanna and Smriti Shrikant will also be seen in this film. The film is set to release in theaters on August 11, 2022.
