If you are preparing for SSC i.e. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) then there is good news for you. On Wednesday, Union Minister Jitendra Singh announced in Parliament that due to the Corona epidemic, there has been a delay in the recruitment of SSC (SSC Recruitment 2022). For this reason, for whatever recruitment will be taken out this year, the date of January 1, 2022 will be fixed for the calculation of age in the recruitment examination of the candidates.
However, if we talk about the age limit in general, then the age of the candidate should have been counted as on 1st August 2022 or 1st January 2023 as per the conduction of Tier-II exam. The Union Minister also said that it is not possible at all to change the maximum number of attempts and the upper age limit to be given to the candidates in the Civil Services Examination. This matter was taken into cognizance when the candidates demanded extra attempt due to Corona. But the government rejected these demands.
This year SSC will take out the following vacancies-
1- Recruitment of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator. The process of application for these posts has started and the exam will be conducted in October.
2- Delhi Police & CAPF Sub Inspector SI Recruitment Exam 2022. The exam for this will be conducted in November.
3- Junior Engineer Exam 2022. Notification for this will be issued on August 12 and Tier 1 exam will be conducted in November.
4- Notification of CGL 2022 will be issued on 10 September 2022. The exam will be conducted in December.
5- Delhi Police MTS Recruitment Exam 2022 will be conducted in January-February 2023.
6- The notification of SSC CHSL 2022 will come on 5th November and the exam will be held in February-March 2023.
