5G Auction: 5G spectrum auction to continue tomorrow, bids worth Rs 1,49,623 crore in 16 rounds

The auction of 5G spectrum being held for the first time in the country will now continue for the fourth day on Friday. It has been told by the Ministry of Telecom that a total of Rs 1,49,623 crore has been bid in the 16 rounds completed so far.

Telecom Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said on Thursday that 16 rounds of spectrum auctions have been completed in the first three days. During this, he has said that the auction auction will continue on Friday as well.

The Telecom Minister has said that during the auction of spectrum, bids worth Rs 1,49,623 crore have been received by companies in 16 rounds held in the last three days.

Let us inform that on the second day of 5G spectrum auction till Wednesday, in nine rounds, bids worth Rs 1,49,454 crore were received. During this, the Telecom Minister has said that the industry is committed to take 5G services to rural areas.
