The PCB said Zaman will arrive in Brisbane from London along with Shaheen Shah Afridi on Saturday and will be available for selection for two warm-up matches against England (October 17) and Afghanistan (October 19). During this, the team management will assess the fitness of this left-handed batsman.
Zaman was ruled out of the recently played home T20 International series against England after he injured his knee while fielding in the Asia Cup final in Dubai.
Fakhar deposits are not in the form
Pakistan cricket team’s top order batsman Fakhar Zaman has been struggling a lot with his form for some time now. Fakhar Zaman’s bat was silent in the Asia Cup. For this reason, he was kept as the first reserve in the team of T20 World Cup. Although he has proved on many occasions that he is a big match player. He did this in England’s Champions Trophy final against India in which the Pakistani team won the title.
